| 摘 要： | 本系统以基础地理信息、河网信息、水雨情信息、水利工程信息、多媒体信息与文本信息等为数据源,以地理信息系统控件和可视化程序语言为开发工具,实现对防汛抗旱所涉及的各种数据信息的存储、管理、查询、检索和统计分析等功能,为防汛抗旱决策提供数据信息支持。

| Abstract: | This system takes foundational geographic information,river network information,water and rainfall regime information,hydro works information,multi-media information as the data source,takes the geographic information system control piece and the video programming language as development tool to realize storage,management,inquiry,retrieval and statistics function of flood control and drought resistance,this system gives the data information support for flood control and drought resistance decision. |
