摘    要:根据现役飞机复合材料结构几何形状和红外检测特点等情况,设计了专用工具用于热图像采集时的辅助定位.通过使构件表面实际标记点在实时图像中的影像与显示屏上预设标记符号相重合的方法,提高所采集热图像在几何尺寸上的相似性和标准化,从而简化软件部分对图像的配准定位预处理操作,降低全景图拼接软件的算法设计和编程难度.

Abstract:In accordance with some conditions such as exterior geometry shape of airplane composites and applying characteristic of airplane Thermography testing,special assistant tool is manufactured to help orientation of infrared camera.Image of actual point marked on airplane composites surface in real time picture is superposed with prefab mark symbol on display screen before infrared images are record,by that method image mosaic unit(infrared image)is made more comparability and standardization.Operation of image registration finished by application software before image mosaic is made simple by comparability in geometrical size of infrared images,so difficulty in arithmetic design and programme work is decreased.
