| 摘 要： | 干部是保证组织稳步发展的重要力量。干部考核工作是干部队伍建设和管理中具有实践意义的管理技术。干部考核中,民主评议是全面认识、评价干部的重要环节。如何提高民主评议的参与度、科学化和统计数据的高效率,是干部考核工作中需要改进和完善的重点。创新工作方法,利用网络技术提高民主评议结果统计的精确性、时效性和实效性,摆脱繁琐耗时的手工统计,对提高干部考核工作的水平具有现实意义。

| Abstract: | Cadres are important forces to ensure organization to develop stably.Cadre assessing is a practical management skill in construction and management of cadre team.In cadre assessing,democratic appraisal is an important link to fully comprehend,evaluate and employ cadres.How to improve participation degree and scientific and efficiency of statistics of democratic appraisal are important points to be improved and perfected in cadre assessing.To innovate working method,improve statistical accuracy,time efficiency,feasibility of democratic appraisal to break away from cumbersome and time-consuming hand statistics by mean of network technique are of practical significance to improve cadre assessing. |
