超声心动图检查评价高血压左室肥厚消退的应用价值

目的：用超声心动图评价氨氯地平消退轻中度高血压病左室肥厚的临床疗效，方法：选择轻中度高血压病左室肥厚患者20例，给予氨氯地平口服20周，治疗前后分别进行24h动态血压监测和心脏超声检查，结果：24h动态血压监测的指标24h SBP，24h DBP,dSBP,dDBP,nSBP,nDBP与心脏超声左室肥厚的指标IVST、PWT、LVMI用药后均较用药前有显著下降（P＜0．01），结论：氨氯地平能够明显降低轻中度高血压病患者24h血压，并能使其左室肥厚明显消退。

Assessment on Regression of Left Ventricular Hypertrophy in Hypertension with Echocardiography

Objective:To assess the effect of amlodipine in regressing left ventricular hypertrophy in mild to moderate hypertension with echocardiography. Methods: Twenty mild to moderate hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy received the treatment of amlodipine for 20 weeks,and underwent the examinations of blood pressure and color doppler echocardiography pre and post treatment. Results:The parameters (24h SBP,24h DBP,dSBP,dDBP,nSBP,and nDBP) of 24h blood pressure monitoring and that (IVST,PWT,and LVMI) of color doppler echocardiography significantly decreased after the treatment ( P < 0.01) . Conclusion: Amlodipine can significantly lower blood pressure and make left ventricular hypertrophy regression in mild to moderate hypertension.
