复康片对卡马西平致大鼠消化系统损害的防护作用

摘    要:目的:研究中药复康片对卡马西平所致大鼠消化系统损伤的防护作用。方法:将48只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、中药预防组、中药治疗组共4组,每组12只。正常对照组正常喂养,每天灌胃蒸馏水,其余不做任何处理。其余3组制备CBZ致消化系统损伤模型,预防组在造模同时灌服复康片,治疗组造模第30天开始灌服复康片,剂量均为1500mg·kg^-1·d^-1,1次/d。90d后,处死所有大鼠,检查肝功能,观察肝、胃、回肠组织病理学变化。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型对照组肝功能异常,AST、ALT、ALP升高,ALB降低,线粒体、内质网水肿。肝细胞弥漫性水肿、点状坏死明显,胃、肠粘膜上皮细胞水肿,浅表溃疡形成,炎性细胞浸润,中药预防组核膜结构清晰完整,粗面内质网结构正常,含有丰富的核糖体,线粒体形态结构正常。中药治疗组线粒体仍有轻度肿胀,中药预防组和治疗组AST、ALT、ALP活性均显著降低,ALB升高,可使卡马西平所导致的肝脏、胃、肠组织学的损伤减轻,防止肝细胞水肿、减轻胃、肠粘膜上皮细胞的水肿和间质炎细胞浸润,结论:复康片可对卡马西平致消化系统的损害有一定的防护作用。

Protective Effect of Fukang Tablet on Rat Digestive System Injury Induced by Carbamazepine

Abstract:Aim:To investigate the protective effect of Fukang tablet on rat digestive system injury induced by carbamazepine. Methods: A total of 48 SD rats were randomly allocated into normal control group ,model group, Fukang tablet prevention group, Fukang tablet treatment group. The normal control group was given distilled water ,and the other 3 groups were given CBZ for 90 d. At the same time, Fukang tablet prevention group was given Fukang tablet at 1500 mg/kg per day by gavage, and on the 30th d, the Fukang tablet treatment group was given Fukang tablet at 1500 mg/kg per day by gavage. After 90 d, the animals in 4 groups were executed, the liver function was evaluated and the pathological changes of the liver, stomach and ileum were observed. Results. Compared with normal control group, the liver function was abnormal, the model group was in bad condition with diffuse edema of hepatocytes, focal necrosis, inflammatory cell infiltration and slight hyperplasia in the liver, atrophy of gastric mucosa, edema, inflammatory cell infiltration and superficial gastric ulcer in stomach and intestinal, as well as endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondrion swelling in hepatocytes were observed. The above changes were milder in Fukang tablet prevention group and Fukang tablet treatment group and no gastric or intestinal ulcer was observed, as well as have lower levels of AST, ALT, and ALP and higher level of ALB of hepatocytes. Conclusion: Fukang tablet have protective effects on the digestive system injury induced by CBZ.
