| 摘 要： | 文章在对煤矿事故致因因素进行分析的基础上,结合计算机技术与现代管理信息系统的发展趋势,应用ASP.NET技术和SQL Server数据库设计了基于B/S结构的煤矿安全管理与评价系统,并通过实例验证了系统的可靠性和稳定性。系统可以实现对煤矿安全工作中的安全信息、"一通三防"、事故、隐患、安全培训等信息进行管理,以及统计分析、安全评价等功能。充分发挥了信息在煤矿安全管理中的作用,为煤矿企业进行管理决策提供技术支持。

Design and Realization on Coal Mine Safety Management and Assessment System |

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the coal mine accident cause factor, and then used the ASP.NET and SQL Server database technology, taking the development trend of Computer Technology and MIS (Management Information System) into account, to design the Coal Mine Safety Management and Assessment System, which was based on B/S structure. The reliability and stability of the system was approved by the applied cases. This system can realize the management, analysis, statistics, evaluation and other functions in the aspects of coal mine safety information, One Ventilation and Three Prevention, accidents prevention and safety training. This system can give full play to the role of information in coal mine safety management, can provide technical support for the coal mining enterprises to carry out management decisions |
