膜片联轴器多体接触有限元数值模拟

摘    要:考虑膜片联轴器实际工作状态下的螺栓预紧力、离心力、扭矩等载荷工况,建立了膜片联轴器的整体有限元模型,采用ANSYS软件对其进行接触有限元分析,得到膜片联轴器的综合位移和等效应力云图,以及膜片组的接触应力分布曲线。通过对存在轴向偏离、径向不对中、角向不对中等安装误差的膜片联轴器的多体接触有限元仿真及对比分析,得出各种安装误差对膜片联轴器力学性能的影响规律。

Abstract:Taking the pre-tightening forces of bolts,centrifugal force and torque as loads of membrane coupling under working condition,a finite element model of membrane coupling is established.With the help of ANSYS software,the contact characteristic of membrane coupling is analyzed,and the displacement and equivalent stress of membrane coupling as well as the distributing curve of contact stress between membranes are acquired.By multi-body contact finite element simulation and comparative analysis,the influence of installation errors including axial misalignment,radial misalignment and angular misalignment on the mechanical properties of membrane coupling is obtained.
