| Abstract: | This paper discusses the importance of communication between patients and doctors. It explores the ways to strengthen the communication and to improve the relation between patients and doctors in the respects of building communication atmosphere, ensuring time for communication, making the content of communication clear, improving communication skills, providing individualized service, popularizing knowledge of health, imposing standard on medical behavior, setting up the system for communication between patients and doctors. |
