摘    要:为了制备白色无卤阻燃聚甲醛(POM)材料,采用三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPP)、聚氨酯弹性体(PUR–T)、吸醛剂等组成膨胀阻燃体系,同时添加抗氧剂、润滑剂等制备阻燃POM材料,考察了材料的阻燃性能、黄变指数、力学性能及热性能。结果表明,当阻燃剂MPP添加量为45%及以上时,阻燃POM材料的阻燃级别达UL–94 V–0级,极限氧指数在31%以上,达到了阻燃材料的要求,但此时材料力学性能降低较多,需进一步研究加以改善;阻燃POM的黄变不严重,满足白度要求;MPP降低了POM的热稳定性,但提高了残炭率。

Study of Melamine Polyphosphate Flame Retardant Polyoxymethylene
Abstract:In order to prepare white non-halogenflame retardant polyoxymethylene (POM),melamine polyphosphate (MPP), polyurethane elastomer (PUR–T) and aldehyde absorbing agent were used as expansionflame retardant system,and antioxidant, lubricant and other additives were introduced simultaneously to achieveflame retardant POM. Theflame retardancy,yellowing index,mechanical properties and thermal performance offlame retardant POM were investigated. The results indicate that when the composition of MPP was above 45%,theflame retardant grade of POM reached UL94 V–0,with the oxygen index surpassed 31%, meeting the requirements offlame retardant POM,while the mechanical mechanical decreased obviously which needed to improve in the further research. The yellowing phenomenon was not serious,so the material could meet thewhiteness requirement. MPP decreased the thermostability of POM,while increased the carbon yield.
