定州市农村流动人口艾滋病知识、态度及行为调查分析

目的了解农村流动人口艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为（KAP）现状,为对流动人口进行有针对性的艾滋病健康教育及预防控制提供科学依据。方法采用统一编制的调查表,在定州市高蓬镇的20个行政村中采取方便样本抽样方法抽取18～49岁的返乡流动人口240名进行调查。结果流动人口艾滋病相关知识的总知晓率为67.94%,艾滋病单个知识点知晓率在65.2%～84.7%;对艾滋病传播途径、非传播途径全部知晓率分别为53.2%、19.4%;艾滋病正确态度持有率为41.7%。结论农村流动人口对艾滋病防治知识掌握不够全面,艾滋病防治知识知晓率未达到国家要求,存在发生高危性行为的可能性很大。应采取更有效的艾滋病干预措施,以加强农村流出地人口的艾滋病预防工作。

Investigation and analysis of AIDS related knowledge,attitude and behavior on Dingzhou rural migrants

Objective To understand the rural migrants’ knowledge,attitude and behavior（KAP） related to AiDS and provide the scientific basis for the health education as well as prevention and control about AIDS.Methods 240 aged 18-49 migrants from 20 villages of gaopeng Town in Dingzhou City were selected by using convenient sampling method and investigation was conducted by using compiling unified questionnaire.Results The total rate of AiDS related knowledge awareness of rural migrants was 67.94%;the rate in a single knowledge point in AiDS awareness was between 65.2%-84.7%;the rate of knowing AiDS spreading way and the non-transmission way was 53.2% and 19.4% respectively,the correct attitude holding rate of AiDS was 41.7%.Conclusion The rural migrants didn’t fully grasp the knowledge about AiDS.Their awareness about HiV/AiDS prevention and control did not reach the national requirements so that they might have high-risk sexual behavior.More effective intervention measures should be taken to strengthen AiDS prevention work in rural population.
