护理流程重组在成批烧伤患者抢救中的应用

目的 为了进一步提高成批烧伤患者的抢救成功率.方法 采用作业流程重组理论,对成批烧伤患者的抢救流程进行优化,并应用于大批烧伤患者的急救实践中.结果 本组患者41例,治愈39例,死亡2例,抢救成功率为95.12%.结论 各个抢救流程相互独立又相互渗透,根据病情可提前或又交叉,在成批烧伤患者的抢救中发挥重要作用,提高了成批烧伤患者的抢救成功率.

The Application of Nursing Process Reengineering in Rescue of Mass Burned Patients

Objective To further improve the success rate of rescue of mass burned patients.Methods Adopt the theory of Business Process Reengineering to optimize the process of rescue of mass burned patients and apply it in first-aid of them.Results 41 cases were involved in our study,39 cases were cured,2 cases died,the success rate of rescue was 95.12%.Conclusion Every rescue process is mutually independent and permeable.According to patients’ condition,they can be used in advance or alternately.The application of Business process Reengineering plays an important role in rescue of mass burned patients,and improves the success rate.
