烟道式低压给水加热器经济性分析

摘    要:通过135 MW机组的实例,以量化的概念,从锅炉热效率、汽轮机功率、给水泵和引风机增加的功耗以及烟道式低压给水加热器的投资等方面,分析了烟道式低压给水加热器的经济性;指出利用这一方法取代汽轮机热力系统中第二级低压加热器的部分功能是不可取的。

Abstract:Taking 135 MW sets as a practical example,the profitability of flue duct positioned low pressure feed-water heaters is quantitatively analyzed,in consideration of the boilers thermal efficiency,the turbine's output,the increase of the feed-water pump's and induction fan's power consumption,as well as the corresponding investment required.The conclusion points out,that it is not recommendable to use such a positioned heater as a substitute for the turbine regeneration system's second stage low pressure heater for effectuating the latter's performance.
