仿真技术在船舶分段建造计划中的应用研究

摘    要:利用Quest软件建立了船舶分段建造流程的三维仿真模型,以某船厂的分段建造先行中日程计划驱动仿真模型运行,选取生产节拍的均衡性、场地占用率以及计划完成情况作为系统评价指标,验证该计划的合理性,实现了分段建造计划的仿真与优化,研究表明仿真技术为精益造船模式下的船舶生产计划的合理性制定提供了量化判断依据和技术支撑。

Abstract:Established the three-dimensional simulation model of ship block-building process through Quest, ,and drived the simulation model with block planning of a shipyard,selected production rhythm of balanced,space occupancy rate and completion of planning as the evaluation index system,verified rationality of the plan,achieved the simulation and optimization of the block-building planning,studies showned that simulation technology provided quantitative judgment basis and technical support for making rational shipbuilding production plan in the lean shipbuilding mode.
