| 摘 要： | 目的观察桑黄灵芝UE-1多糖对人卵巢癌细胞(H08910)和人肝癌细胞(SMMC-7721)基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)表达的抑制作用。方法在体外用不同浓度UE-1多糖(0,100,200 mg/L)处理H08910细胞和SMMC-7721细胞后,应用免疫细胞化学染色方法分别检测MMP-2和MMP-9表达。结果 UE-1多糖作用后的H08910细胞和SMMC-7721细胞,MMP-2和MMP-9表达均明显受抑制,并具一定的量效关系。结论桑黄灵芝UE-1多糖在体外可抑制肿瘤细胞基质金属蛋白酶的表达,为其抗肿瘤侵袭作用提供实验依据。 |
