| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨罕见肾动脉瘤我普勒超声诊断价值。方法 以ＣＤＦＩ对主肾动脉全程及其分支进行血流多普勒超声研究,４２８０例中检出肾动脉瘤７例。２例为单纯肾动脉瘤,１例为肾动脉瘤并瘤后肾动脉狭窄,４例为肾动脉狭窄后动脉瘤。均经选择性肾动脉造影证实,并进行了超声随访观察。结果 肾动脉瘤的特征性超声表现为局限性扩张膨出的肾动脉内显示红蓝相对的旋转式血流。该特征随瘤体增大而明显,较大瘤体内可并血栓形成,瘤口显示收

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo
explore the Doppler ultrasonographic value in the diagnosis of renal artery aneurysm.MethodsThe hemodynamics of main
renal artery and its branch arteries were evaluated by CDFI for 4280 people.Seven were
found to have renal artery aneurysms,two were simple,one complicated with downstream renal
artery stenosis,four complicated with antetaneurysm renal artery stenosis.All these
aneurysms were proved by selective renal arterial photography.ResultsThe
CDFI characteristic feature of renal artery aneurysm was red-blue face to face rotative
bloodstream in the local expanded renal artery.It became obvious when aneurysm mounted
up,thrombosis might be found in large aneurysm.Systolic forward flow only appeared on the
opening of aneurysm.ConclusionCDFI was an excellent method for renal
artery aneurysm diagnosis |
