摘    要:为系统评价季酮酸类化合物HNPC-A9012的杀螨活性、作用方式及环境因素对其应用效能的影响,采用玻片法、浸渍法和根部内吸等方法系统的研究了新化合物HNPC-A9012作用方式及室内杀螨活性,并研究了新化合物HNPC-A9012的渗透性、传导性以及温度对其杀螨效果的影响。试验结果表明,化合物HNPC-A9012对朱砂叶螨具有较强的毒力,且以胃毒活性为主,触杀和内吸活性较弱:对不同生长阶段的朱砂叶螨均具有较高的活性:在植物体内的内吸性和渗透性较差,属正温度系数类型杀螨剂。

Acaricidal Activity and Characterization of the New Compound HNPC-A9012

Abstract:In order to get the theory basis for the further development and application, the bioactivity, mode of action and the effect of environment on the HNPC-A9012 against acarid were studied by the methods of slide method, leaf-dipping method and the root absorption method systemically in this paper1. The absorption, permeability, conductivity and the effect of temperature on the acaricidal activity of HNPC-A9012 were also studied. The results showed that HNPC-A9012 had a good stomach, certain contact activities and a weak systemic activity to acarid, but the mobility and permeability of HNPC-A9012 in host plant were worse, HNPC-A9012 had a good toxicity to differentgrowth stages of acarid, moreover it is a positive temperature coefficient acaricide.
