| 摘 要： | 介绍了以MapXtreme为GIS开发平台,集Web发布、GIS、Mapinfo、空间数据库为一体的电能质量信息管理系统.对系统的监测硬件装置、功能模块、软件结构、空间拓扑分析及空间数据库等的设计和实现作了详细的说明.该系统的建设目标主要是采用先进计算机技术和成熟的软件,建立以数据库为核心,以网络为支撑的计算机集成系统,使对电能质量的管理更加科学,更加及时,更加准确.

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the management system of the paper quality which is integrated with the WEB service,GIS, MapInfo, spatial database, using MapXtreme as the GIS platform. The designs and implementations of the function of each part of the system are discussed in detail, including the hardware equips, the design of the function mold and software construction, space database. The target of this system is to establish a gather system regarding database as the core, network as the sustaining calculator, using advanced calculator technique and mature software to make the management of the electric power quantity more science more on time, more accurate. |
