摘    要:以赞比亚某铜钴矿为研究对象,针对铜钴矿浮选回水回用导致铜钴难以有效分离的问题,本文研究了抑制剂对钴矿物的选择性抑制和活化剂对钴矿物的活化作用。采用“一粗、一扫、三精”优先选铜,选铜尾矿采用“一粗、一扫、两精”再选钴的优先浮选工艺,可得到铜品位为31.76%、回收率为94.03%的铜精矿,钴品位为3.25%、回收率为55.29%的钴精矿。本研究可以较好地解决浮选回水回用恶化铜钴分离的问题,实现铜钴的综合回收,为同类型铜钴矿浮选回水回用提供重要技术支撑。

Experimental Study on the Reuse of Flotation Return Water from a Copper-Cobalt Ore in Zambia

Abstract:Taking a copper-cobalt ore in Zambia as a research object, aiming at the problem that copper and cobalt are difficult to be effectively separated due to reuse of flotation return water of copper cobalt ore, the selective inhibition of inhibitors on cobalt minerals and the activation effect of activators on cobalt minerals were studied in this paper. Adopting the preferential flotation process of one roughing-one scavenging-three cleaning for copper flotation and one roughing-one scavenging-two cleaning for copper flotation, a copper concentrate with copper grade of 31.76% and recovery rate of 94.03%, a cobalt concentrate with cobalt grade of 3.25% and recovery rate of 55.29% can be obtained. This study can better solve the problem of deteriorating copper and cobalt separation in flotation return water reuse, realize comprehensive recovery of copper and cobalt, and provide important technical support for flotation return water reuse in the same type of copper and cobalt ore.
