区域性优质核桃种质资源保存技术

通过采集优质核桃母树穗条,采取核桃大树高桩嫁接的方式进行资源收集保存,总结出一套优质核桃种质资源保存技术,包括采穗母树选择与处理、穗条采集与处理、砧木选择与处理、嫁接、接后管理、建立技术档案等全过程,以实现对优质核桃资源的有效保护,满足今后基地品种改良、资源延续及大力发展核桃产业之需要,为建立优质核桃资源基因活体库和开展核桃遗传科学研究奠定基础。
