区域性优质核桃种质资源保存技术

摘    要:通过采集优质核桃母树穗条,采取核桃大树高桩嫁接的方式进行资源收集保存,总结出一套优质核桃种质资源保存技术,包括采穗母树选择与处理、穗条采集与处理、砧木选择与处理、嫁接、接后管理、建立技术档案等全过程,以实现对优质核桃资源的有效保护,满足今后基地品种改良、资源延续及大力发展核桃产业之需要,为建立优质核桃资源基因活体库和开展核桃遗传科学研究奠定基础。

Conservation technology of regional high quality walnut germplasm resources
Abstract:By collecting high-quality walnut mother tree scions from various counties (cities) and districts ,and collecting and preserving the resources by high pile grafting walnut tall trees,a set of high-quality walnut germplasm resources conservation techniques were summarized,including selection and treatment of scions mother trees, The entire process of collection and processing of spikelets, selection and treatment of rootstocks, grafting, post-management, establishment of technical files, etc., in order to achieve effective protection of high-quality walnut resources, meet the needs of future base varieties improvement, resource continuation and vigorous development of the walnut industry, t will lay the foundation for the establishment of a living gene bank of high-quality walnut resources and the research of walnut genetic science .
