摘    要:为了提高拓展移相控制的双有源桥(DAB)DC-DC变换器的电压动态响应性能,降低系统的电流应力,利用使电流应力最小的优化相移角与输出电压之间的关系,提出了一种将电压动态矩阵控制(DMC) 算法与变换器电流应力优化方法相结合的控制算法,并从预测模型、滚动优化、反馈校正三个环节详细介绍了DAB的DMC电压预测控制的具体实现过程,最后,将所提出的控制方法与电压闭环PI控制的拓展移相电流应力优化算法进行仿真比较,仿真结果表明:该方法不仅减小了电流应力,而且在变换器启动阶段以及负载突变时,大大改善了变换器的电压动态响应性能。

Abstract:In order to improve the voltage dynamic response performance and to reduce the current stress of the dual active bridge (DAB) DC-DC converter with extended phase shift control, a new control algorithm combining the dynamic matrix control (DMC) method for voltage response improvement and the current stress optimal method is proposed according to the relationship between the minimized shift phase ratio and the output voltage. The realization process of voltage predictive control based on DMC is introduced in detail in three aspects of model prediction, rolling optimization and error feedback compensation. Finally, the simulation results are compared between the proposed method and the traditional current stress optimal method based on the PI voltage control with extended-phase shift control. The simulation results show that this method can not only reduce the current stress, but also can greatly improve the voltage dynamic response performance of the DAB converter during the startup stage and the load mutation of the converter.
