中医辨证分型、分阶段治疗高血压

目的运用中医辨证分型、分阶段治疗高血压,突出中医优势。方法随机对高血压患者运用脏腑、八纲、病因、病机、病名相互结合的方式分型、分阶段诊治,予以总结。结果临床诊治的实践,诊治中分为肝火旺盛型,阴虚风动型,气血亏虚型,痰湿中阻型四型,根据每型分为初始治疗与巩固治疗两个阶段,取得良好效果。结论此理论治疗高血压临床疗效确切,降压较为平稳,疗效持续时间长,依从性好。

TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Different Stages in the Treatment of Hypertension

Objective To highlight the advantages of traditional Chinese Medicine through the application of TCM syndrome differentiation and different stages teatment. Method Patients with hypertension were divided into four types which are irascibility flourishing, wind formation from yin deficiency, qi and blood deficiency type and spleen deficiency phlegm dampness by applying on the way of combination in the zang fu organs, eight classes, etiology, pathogenesis, and disease for each other. Result According to the clinical treatment, each type was divided into two stages initial one and consolidation one. The better effect was obtained. Conclusion When treating hypertension, doctors must differentiate the symptoms and mechanism, identify both principal and secondary aspect of disease and treat diseases based on syndrome differentiation.
