强的松在重症肌无力围手术期的应用

目的：降低胸腺切除治疗重症肌无力的并发症。方法：术前三个月个体化应用强的松及溴吡斯的明，控制重症肌无力症状后手术。结果：患者术后平稳，不用上呼吸机辅助呼吸，药量容易控制，未出现重症肌无力危象，康复快，随访一年，病情稳定。结论：术前三个月个体化应用强的松结合溴吡斯的明，控制重症肌无力症状后手术，能明显降低重症状肌无力危象等并发证。达到满意的治疗效果。

Perioqerative application of prednisone in patients with myasthenia gravis

Objective :To reduce postoperative complications of patients with myasthenia gravis undergoing thymectomy. Method:Prednisone and pyridostigmini bromidum were used personally for three months to control the symptom of myasthenia gravis before operation . Result:All patients were stable postoperation without ventilatory support . drug dosages were under controlled while patients recovered rapidly ,and myasthenic crisis was not fand .all patients were followed up for one year and they are stable .Conclusion:Combination use of prednisone and pyridostigmini bromidum personally in patients with myasthenia gravis for three months before operation can significanlly decrease the complications of thymectomy, such as myasthenic crisis ,and it is an effective method.
