摘    要:用RS—1700SM型轴流式CO2激光器对Al2O3涂层进行了重熔,降低了原始涂层中的孔隙,消除了涂层的层状结构,得到了致密均匀的涂层,使重熔层的显微硬度明显提高.高温氧化试验表明:激光表面重熔提高了Al2O3涂层的抗高温氧化性

Abstract:The plasma-sprayed alumina coatings were surface remelted by a CO2laser.Laser remelting has reduced the porosity of sprayed coatings,eliminated the lamellar structure and formed dense even coatings. Microhardness of melted layer has been increased significantly.High-temperture oxidation tests indicated:Laser surface remelting increased the high-temperture oxidation resistance of alumina coatings.
