天然乳胶医用制品中蛋白质的影响及消除研究

因具有优异综合性能、生产环保和价格低廉,用天然橡胶乳胶制备的导尿管、输血胶管、医用手套、避孕套及其它医用制品在国内外获得广泛应用,但胶乳制品中蛋白质残留及过敏问题一直未能解决.文章综述消除蛋白质影响的各种方法,包括酶分解法、多次离心法、表面活性剂置换法等对胶乳的处理方法,以及对获得的制品进行处理的包括溶剂溶解法、气相法白炭黑和蛋白质变性处理等,并对进行消除乳胶制品中蛋白质过敏影响研究提出新的建议.
