我国居民收入差距与全面建设小康社会研究

本文根据最新调查统计资料 ,采用实证分析的方法 ,从三个方面来探讨居民收入差距与全面建设小康社会。首先 ,用“基尼系数”和“五等份分组”法来分析改革开放以后 ,我国居民收入差距呈现出不断扩大的趋势 ,同时讨论了非法非正常收入对扩大居民收入差距的影响 ,从而得出了正是由于收入分配中存在着这些不合理因素 ,使得我国目前达到的“总体小康”只能是“不全面的”和“不均衡”的。其次 ,根据国家统计局等部门制定的小康生活水平基本标准 ,测算了我国城镇、农村、地区和人口小康生活水平的实现程度 ,论述了从“总体小康”到“全面建设小康社会”还存在着较大的差距。最后 ,从发展经济、提高居民收入水平和缩小收入距的角度 ,提出了在本世纪头 2 0年全面建设小康社会的对策措施。

Income Gap and the Construction of the Well-being of China

Based on statistics and empirical methods,the paper explores the relationship be tween income gap and the construction of the well-being of China from three asp ects.It analyzes the increasing incomes of most citizens and the impacts of irre gular and illegal incomes on income gap.Also,it states that there is still a lon g way to go for a well-to-do society.Finally,it proposes measures accordingly.
