烟台大二学生自我接纳与应付方式的调查研究

摘    要:目的考察大二学生自我接纳和应付方式的特点,探讨二者之间的关系。方法采用自我接纳问卷(SAQ)和应付方式问卷(CSQ)对565名大二学生进行调查。结果在自我接纳方面,男生为17.02±3.65分,女生为17.75±4.11分,男生低于女生(P0.01);在自我评价方面,男生得分为20.43±3.10分,女生为21.24±3.42分,男生低于女生(P0.05)。大二学生主要采用解决问题、求助、幻想的应付方式。在解决问题因子得分上,男生为8.67±2.49分,女生为8.27±2.68分,男生高于女生。在求助因子得分上,男生为5.59±2.46分,女生为6.18±2.51分,男生低于女生(P0.01);在幻想因子得分上,男生为4.14±2.06分,女生为4.49±2.11分,男生低于女生(P0.05)。大二学生自我接纳因子与应付方式中的解决问题因子(r=-0.295)和求助因子(r=-0.139)呈显著负相关,与合理化因子(r=0.189)、自责因子(r=0.342)、幻想因子(r=0.290)、退避因子(r=0.264)呈显著正相关(P0.01)。自我评价因子与解决问题因子(r=-0.360)和求助因子(r=-0.158)呈显著负相关(P0.01),与自责因子(r=0.266)和退避因子(r=0.128)呈显著正相关(P0.01)。结论自我接纳与应付方式之间存在显著相关,建议提高大二学生的自我接纳水平以促进其形成积极成熟的应付方式。

Abstract:Objective To understand the characteristics of self-acceptance and coping style, especially the relationship between them among sophomores in Yantai City. Methods 565 sophomores were examined by Coping Style Questionnaire (CSQ) and Self-acceptance Questionnaire (SAQ) . Results The score of self-acceptance among boys was 17.02 ± 3. 65, lower than that among girls which was 17.75 ± 4. 11 ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; The score of self-assessment was 20. 43 ± 3.10 among boys, and the score of girls was 21.24 ± 3.42, which were higher than that of boys ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Solving problem, seeking help and fantasy were the main coping styles in sophomores. The score of solving problem among boys was 8.67 ± 2.49, which were higher than that of girls ( 8. 27 ± 2. 68). The score of seeking help among girls were 6. 18 ± 2. 51, higher than that of boys which was 5.59 ± 2. 46 (P 〈 0. 01 ). The score of fantasy were 4. 49 ± 2. 11 among girls, and the score of boys were 4. 14±2.06, which were higher than that of girls (P 〈 0. 05). Self-acceptance had significantly negative correlations with solving problem ( r = - 0. 295 ) and seeking help ( r = - 0. 139), and had significant- ly positive correlations with rationalization ( r = 0. 189), self-accusation ( r = 0. 342), fantasy ( r = 0. 290) and withdrawal (r = 0. 264) were positive (P 〈 0.01 ). There were significantly negative correlations between self-assessment and solving problem (r = -0. 360) and between self-assessment and seeking help (r = -0. 158, P 〈 0. 01 ). But the correlations between self-assessment and self-accusation ( r = 0. 266) and between self-assessment and withdrawal ( r = 0. 128 ) were positive (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Conclusion There was significantly correlation between self-acceptance and coping style in sophomores. It' s essential to improve self-acceptance of sophomores for the cultivation of positive mature coping styles.
