| 摘 要： | 目的评价经腹部与经阴道超声联合应用，对早期诊断异位妊娠的临床效果。方法2004年11月至2007年3月，所有行经腹部超声检查并结合经阴道超声检查，诊断为异位妊娠并随访得到证实的病例，对其超声检查资料进行分析。结果368例病人中经腹部超声发现异位妊娠61例，诊断率为16．6％；加做经阴道超声后，共发现异位妊娠226例，诊断率61．4％，提高了44．8％。结论在经腹超声检查基础上加做经阴道超声检查，并结合临床症状、体征以及血β—HCG检查，可以明显提高异位妊娠诊断率和准确性。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of the combination of transabdominal ultrasound(TAS)and transvaginal ultrasound(TVS) in early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods The cases who were checked on TBS and TVS were diagnosed to be ectopic pregnancy from Nov.,2004 to Apr.,2007,and to analyse the data.Results The diagnostic accuracy of ectopic pregnancy in TAS was 16.6%.The diagnostic accuracy of ectopic pregnancy by the combination of TAS and TVS was 61.4%.Conclusion The combination of TBS and TVS could enhance the diagnostic accuracy of ectopic pregnancy. |
