双质体冲击振动成型机混沌运动的延迟反馈控制

摘    要:通过数值仿真研究了一类具有间隙的双质体冲击振动成型机的周期运动向混沌运动演化的全局分岔过程,并采用非线性延迟反馈方法控制该系统的混沌振动,延迟反馈控制利用系统处于混沌运动时的自身信息控制混沌,数值仿真的结果证明了这种方法的有效性.

Abstract:An impact-forming machine was studied to eliminate chaotic abnormal vibration in the system with clearance impacts when control target cannot be known beforehand.Global bifurcation of a vibro-impact forming machine with double masses of single-impact motion of period and transition to chaos are investigated by numerical simulations.The simulative results show that dynamic behavior of this system is very complex under parameter variation,varying from different types of periodic motions to chaos.A controlling method was proposed to suppress chaotic impacts via nonlinear delayed feedback.This method is validated by analysis and simulation of many dimension mapping equations of the system in Poincaré section.The result show that the method can control chaotic motion effectually.
