基于遗传算法的公司生产销售方案制定

针对企业生产销售方案制定问题,分析了产品生产数量、客户订单和产品销售量三者之间的关系,根据不同的生产销售方案,分别以公司利润的数学期望、营销部利润的数学期望、兼顾公司和营销部收益的综合评价指标的数学期望建立优化模型,通过求解各个优化模型得到最优生产和销售方案。使用蒙特卡洛算法计算各指标函数关于随机变量的数学期望,降低了目标函数计算的时间复杂度。采用遗传算法对各优化模型进行求解,以产品销售分配方案为个体,模拟个体适应度指标不断提高的过程。使用MATLAB中的遗传算法工具箱实现该算法,得出了各优化模型的近似最优解.
