杭州亚包大厦大底盘双塔超限高层建筑结构设计

摘    要:杭州亚包大厦是一大底盘双塔结构,地下三层,地上45层,双塔相连的裙房7层,总高度179.9m;地上结构总长130.3m,总宽77.9m。工程采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构。由于双塔距离较近,规范中无相应的风振体型系数,通过风洞试验得出了考虑相互影响的风振体型系数(1.55)。对裙房部位大跨度(25.5m)桁架梁抬柱进行了多个模型的计算对比,考虑了参与高层整体水平力作用的混凝土桁架结构设计。采用整体模型进行分析,得出了复杂双塔结构的周期、位移、刚度比等结构特性。

Abstract:Hangzhou Yabao Square are two tower super high-rise buildings with 45 floors,179.9 meters height.The 3 floors base dimension with 130.3m× 77.9m.It is the concrete frame-core structure.The coefficient of structure in the wind was obtained by the wind tunnel test.The concrete truss is used to solve the conflict of large span with low height.The horizontal loads(wind and earthquake action) are considered by the multi models comparison in the design of the concrete truss.The indices of the building are presented such as period,displacement and rigidity etc.
