摘    要:针对停车诱导系统(PGIS)中短时空余停车泊位时间序列数据预测问题,提出应用相空间重构与Elman神经网络相结合的方法来进行预测.首先分析了相空间重构的技术原理,在此基础上导出时间序列预测模型,并以Elman神经网络训练模拟该模型.介绍了相空间重构与Elman神经网络相结合的预测方法的具体实现过程与步骤,提出了短时空余停车泊位数据的预测效果评价指标.通过预测实例表明,该方法用于停车诱导系统中短时空余停车泊位数据的预测具有较好的预测准确性和有效性.

Abstract:With respect to the prediction of short-term unoccupied parking space of parking guidance and information system(PGIS),phrase construction is proposed to be used in combination with Elman neural network to predict the chaotic time series.Based on an analysis of the principle of phrase construction,the time series prediction model is established and then simulated by Elman neural network.The detailed process and steps of this prediction method of combining phrase construction with Elman neural network are introduced and evaluation indices of short-term unoccupied parking space prediction are presented.An application study shows that this method is effective and can be used in the prediction of short-term unoccupied parking space of parking guidance and information system.
