一氧化氮和一氧化氮合成酶在肾功能衰竭中的作用

目的　了解急性和慢性肾功能衰竭患者血清一氧化氮 (NO)和一氧化氮合成酶 (NOS)含量及其意义。方法　测定 10例急性肾功能衰竭及 47例慢性肾功能衰竭患者血清 NO和 NOS含量。结果　 1急性肾功能衰竭患者NO、NOS含量高于正常人组 ;2慢性肾功能衰竭患者 NO、NOS含量低于正常人组 ;3慢性肾功能衰竭 NO、NOS与高血压、血肌酐和病程有一定相关性 ,即重度高血压、血肌酐≥ 70 7.2 μmol/L 和病程≥ 5年的慢性肾功能衰竭病人 NO、NOS明显降低。结论　肾功能衰竭时 NO变化具有双向性 ,作用具有双重性。

Role of Nitric Oxide and Nitric Oxide Synthase in Renal Failure

Objective\ To investigate the role of nitric oxide(NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in renal failure. Methods\ 10 cases of acute renal failure(ARF) and 47 cases of chronic renal failure(CRF) were conclused in determining the levels of NO and NOS. Results\ ①Serum levels of NO and NOS in ARF were significantly higher than in normal controls; ②Serum levels of NO and NOS in CRF were significantly lower than in normal controls; ③Serum levels of NO and NOS in CRF were correlative with hypertension, serum creatinine(SCr)and course of disease to some extent. In other words, serum levels of NO and NOS in advanced hypertension, SCr≥707.2μmol/L and course of disease ≥5 years were significantly lower than in normal controls. Conclusion\ Nitric oxide has double functions and its changes in renal failure are two directional.
