| 摘 要： | 运用虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEW,结合提升机监测装置和传感器,开发了一套基于LabVIEW的矿井提升机监测系统。详细介绍了系统的硬件构成和软件设计,实现了对提升机闸瓦间隙、提升速度、电动机电流、液压站油压等参数的动态图形和模拟仪表显示、故障点报警,以及各运行参数和状态的数据存储、参数评估等功能。

| Abstract: | Combining the inspection device and sensor of hoist,virtual instrument development software LabVIEW was applied to develop a set of inspection system of mine hoist based on LabVIEW.It detailedly introduced the system about hardware structure and software design realized the function of dynamic display of the parameters such as brake clearance of hoist,hoisting velocity,motor current and oil pressure of hydraulic station etc.,display of simulative instrument alarm at malfunction point,data storage of each operation parameter and status,and parameter appraisement etc. |
