| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对10例眼眶结核的临床特点分析来提高眼眶结核诊断率。方法:回顾性分析10例经病理组织学确诊的眼眶结核的临床病理特征、影象学特点、诊断等资料。结果:所有病例均手术切除,病理确诊为眼眶结核,且术后抗结核治疗后,随访无复发。结论:眼眶结核的临床表现不典型,实验室及影像学检查不具备特异性,容易误诊。病理组织学检查是确诊的主要方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: Clinical features of 10 patients with orbital tuberculosis were analyzed in order to improve its diagnosis accuracy.Methods:Data of the 10 pathological test confirmed cases including clinical and pathological features,images and diagnosis were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All the 10 cases of orbital tuberculosis were excised and confirmed by pathologic test.Conclusions:Since neither characteristic clinical manifestation nor specificity of laboratory test or imaging detection has been found,orbital tuberculosis can be easily misdiagnosed.Pathologic test is the main way to make definite diagnosis. |
