摘    要:目的]测定锡叶藤根的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分以及浸出物的含量.方法]按《中华人民共和国药典》2010年版一部附录ⅨH中水分测定法(烘干法)、附录ⅨK中的灰分测定法和附录ⅩA中的浸出物测定法测定.结果]初步拟定锡叶藤根水分含量不超过12%,总灰分不超过6%,酸不溶性灰分不超过3%,醇溶性浸出物量应不低于13%.结论]该文结果为制定该药材质量标准提供了科学依据.

Abstract: Objective ]To determine contents of moisture, total ash, acid insoluble ash and extracts in zhuang herbal Tetracera Asiatica. Methods] Contents of samples were determined with moisture determination method in appendix IXH, ash determination method in appendix IXK and extract determination method in appendix XA in Chinese Pharmacopoeia, published in 2010. Results] Content of moisture in Tetracera Asiatica was less than 12%, total ash less than 6%, acid insoluble ash less than 3%, diluted ethanol extracts more than 13%. Conclusion] The study provides scientific evidence for establishment of quality standard of Tetracera Asiatica.
