五脏功能理论的建立和发展

五脏功能理论建立于《黄帝内经》。藏象学说的形成以古代的解剖知识、对人体生理、病理现象的观察以及医疗实践为基础,古人所采用的以表知里的整体推导方法为藏象学说形成的主体,在《黄帝内经》的基础上,经《难经》和历代医家的不断补充和发展、丰富了五脏功能理论,建立起完善的中医藏象学的五脏功能理论。

FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF FUNCTIONS OF FIVE SOLID ORGANS

Visceral manifestations are an important part of the TCM theoretical system with the theory of the functions of five solid organs,which was established in“Internal Classic”,as its core.The formation of visceral manifestations is based on the ancient anatomic knowledge,observation on the physiological and pathological phenomena of the human body and the clinical practise.However,the method of knowing the internal changes from their outward manifestations played a leading role in the formation of the theory of visceral manifestations.The theory of the functions of the five solid organs, through the supplementary and development of“Classic of Difficult Medical Problems”and the physicians throughout the history,became more and more complete gradually and finally developed into a scientific and complete theory constituting the visceral manifestations in TCM.
