生脉散加味治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭气阴两虚兼心脉瘀阻证临床观察

目的 观察生脉散加味治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭气阴两虚兼心脉瘀阻证的临床疗效.方法 选择82例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均予慢性充血性心力衰竭的标准治疗,治疗组在此基础上加生脉散加味,疗程2周.观察中医证候疗效、症状积分改善、心功能分级改善、再次住院率等指标.结果 中医证候疗效：治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为93.33％和75.68％,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜ 0.05）.症状积分改善比较,治疗组和对照组有统计学差异（P＜0.05）.心功能分级改善：治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为82.22％和64.86％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.再次住院率：治疗组和对照组再次住院率分别为24.44％和48.65％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 对生脉散加味治疗45例慢性充血性心力衰竭气阴两虚兼心脉瘀阻证患者具有改善症状、提高生活质量、改善心功能、降低再住院率等作用.

Observation of Modified Shengmaisan Decoction on Chronic Congestive Heart Failure Patients with Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndorme Simultaneous Systolic Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective： To observed the clinical efficacy on chronic congestive heart failure treated with Modified Shengmaisan Decoction,which discriminated with the type of Qi and Yin deficiency simultaneous systolic blood stasis. Methods： 82 cases of the chronic congestive heart failure were selected in compliance with clinical diagnosis and were randomized into the control group （37 cases） and the treatment group （45 cases） according to the visit sequence. In the control group ,the patients were treated with western medicine. In the treatment group ,the patients were treated with Modified Shengmaisan Decoction on the basic medication as the control group. The total course was observed in two weeks. TCM Syndrome score,NYHA classification and readmission rates evaluation were observed at the end of treatment session in the patients. Results： There were some statistical differences between 2 groups in the total effective rate, the symptome score, the re-admission rate in hospital （P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The integrated Chinese and western medicine,which improves symptoms,quality of life ,heart function and reduce readmission rates,is more effective than control group on the chronic congestive heart failure.
