双层材料离心机转子侧壁温度分布的求解

摘    要:为了解离心机单机转子侧壁的温度分布 ,对双层材料离心机的传热物理模型进行假设处理 ,将转子功耗、对流项、辐射项转化成热源项 ,并将热源项表示成 Fourier级数的形式。对双层材料离心机转子温度分布的求解简化成两个一维二阶微分方程的耦合求解问题。得到离心机转子侧壁轴向温度曲线的理论分析解 ,并对其进行了分析比较。

Abstract:The temperature distribution in single centrifuges is very important to their successful operation. A thermophysical model is developed for the centrifuge rotor with two layers of different materials. The power consumption, the convective heat transfer and the radiative heat transfer treated as heat source terms expressed by Fourier series so that the axial temperature distribution in the centrifuge wall can be obtained by solving two coupled one dimensional second order differential equations. The results are analyzed and discussed.
