无机结合料稳定钢渣路用性能研究

摘    要:从公路路面半刚性基层材料的要求出发,首先系统研究了钢渣的工程力学特性,同时对试验所用水泥、石灰、粉煤灰等原材料进行了分析.在此基础上,对不同配合比的无机结合料稳定钢渣材料的路用性能进行了室内试验研究,试验包括无侧限抗压强度试验、抗压回弹模量试验、劈裂试验和抗冻试验等.然后对其路用性能的变化规律作了详细的理论分析,为合理利用钢渣作为公路的基层或底基层材料,减少废钢渣的堆放占地与污染,达到废品利用提供了可靠的科学依据.

Abstract:This paper investigated the mechanic performance starting from requirement of semi-rigid base material and pointed out that the steel slag has two characters: first it is unstable, it will become power and expand itself once it meet water, at the same time research on origin materials used in experiment such as cement, fly ash, and lime were carried out. Moreover, lab tests and studies were conducted including unconfirmed compressive strength, compressive modulus of resilience, cleavage strength and anti-frost performance experiments of different ratios of inorganic bindings and steel slag in the mixture. At last, the regular pattern of steel slag have been discussed in detail for the better use of steel slag as base or sub grade of road .once these waste steel slag could be made good use, it will do a good for human society.
