微电网运行域分布式电源配网网架多目标规划研究

摘    要:传统配电网网架规划目标单一,导致规划效果不理想且费用较高,提出引入微电网的分布式电源配网网架多目标规划方法。构建选址优化模型实现对配电网电源的规划,规划配电网内部自设设备故障、外部环境故障、设备过负荷以及反向潮流四项因素引起的故障。通过建立配电网最低年投资运行成本目标函数,构建配电网网架规划模型,实现微电网运行域分布式电源配网网架的多目标规划。实验结果表明,微电网运行域分布式电源配网网架多目标规划方法,可以提高配电网运行的可靠性和经济性,优化后的网架结构具有较高的实际工程参考意义。

Abstract:The traditional planning for the distribution network framework is characteristic of a single goal, which leads to poor planning effects and high cost. To this end, this paper proposes a a multi-objective planning method for the distributed power distribution network framework where microgrid is introduced. The location optimization model is constructed to realize the power supply planning for the distribution network, the faults caused by four factors such as the internal equipment faults, the external environment faults, the equipment over-load and reverse power flow are planned. By establishing the objective function of the minimum annual investment and operating cost of the distribution network and constructing the distribution network framework planning model, the multi-objective planning of the distributed power distribution network in the microgrid operation region is realized. The experimental results show that the multi-objective planning method for the distributed power distribution network framework in the microgrid operation region as proposed in this paper can improve the reliability and economy of distribution network operation, and the optimized grid structure has higher reference significance for practical engineering.
