医师规范化培训中人文医学执业技能培训的探讨

目的：探讨在住院医师规范化培训中开展人文医学执业技能培训的意义。方法选择朝阳医院住院医师规范化培训基地2012年参加规范化培训的的内科、外科住院医师，进行人文医学执业技能培训。结果通过培训，提高了我院住院医师的人文医学执业技能，规范了住院医师职业道德，提高了住院医师的职业素养。结论住院医师规范化培训是提高我国医师队伍整体能力和水平的根本途径，不仅要培养具有专业技能的住院医师，同时要为培养具有人文精神的合格的住院医师不断探索。良好的人文医学执业技能够增加医生与患者的沟通能力，有利于提高医生的诊治病人的能力，并能最终构筑和谐的医患关系。

The Discussion of Medical Humanities Professional Skills Training In the Resident Standardization Training

Objective To discuss the significance of medical humanities practice skills training in the resident doctor standardization training.Methods Choose internal medicine,surgery resident in resident standardization training base In 2012,and carry out medical humanities professional skills training.Results Through training,improve the medical humanities professional skills,standardize the resident professional ethics,and improve the professional quality of resident.Conclusion Resident standardization training is the way to improve the physician team overall ability and level in China,not only develop professional skills of resident,but also cultivate qualified resident with the spirit of humanity.Good medical humanities practice skills can increase the doctor and the patient＆#39;s ability to communicate is beneficial to improve the ability of the doctor＆#39;s diagnosis,and in the end,forming a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
