| 摘 要： | 独立学院大学生具有个性张扬、思维活跃、交际能力强、见识面广的优点与长处,但是与一本、二本的大学生相比,文化基础较弱,创新能力不强。因此,针对独立学院大学生的特点,学校应该从教师配备、课程设置、潜能激发以及激励机制等多方面策略入手,方能有效培养和提高其创新能力。

| Abstract: | The students in the independent colleges have outward personality, active thoughts , strong communication and wide knowledge. But compared with the students in the first and second batch of college students, such students have poor foundation in basic knowledge, which results in the incompetent innovation capability. Therefore, the college shall take various measures including teacher allocation, subject arrangement, stimulation and encouragement, to improve and develop their innovation capability. |
