| 摘 要： | 针对军队院校的培养对象来自不同兵种，毕业后分配到基层部队任护理士官，不同兵种在转送伤病员过程中，常会遇到环境、条件恶劣，运送伤病员时路途颠簸等情况，给顺利建立静脉通路带来了困难，需要护理士官具有过硬的操作技能与之相适应。为此，在对护理士官的输液项目训练时循序渐进，逐渐增加训练难度，使其在动态、微光下迅速、准确地完成输液操作，经操作达标验收效果满意。

| Abstract: | The trainees in our school came from different kinds of armies and they will work in basic level army after graduation.During the transferring of wounded soldiers,they will confront with various bad environmental conditions,which will bring difficulties to the intravenous infusion and need nurses to have skillful techniques.Therefore,we increased the difficulties in the training of intravenous infusion and trained them to finish intravenous infusion under faint light and moving conditions,which achieved good effect. |
