2000年～2005年我院住院育龄妇女死亡原因分析

目的了解本地区及周边地区育龄妇女死亡原因。方法对2000年~2005年经我院住院220例育龄妇女死亡资料进行分析。结果掌握了220例育龄妇女死亡主要原因为:意外伤害、恶性肿瘤、心脑血管疾病,分别占死因构成的27.7%、27.3%、17.3%;死亡年龄组以35岁的年龄段为最高,占死因构成的29.1%。结论意外伤害死亡的主要原因是交通事故和自杀;恶性肿瘤致死的主要疾病为消化道肿瘤排第一位,其次为乳腺癌、白血病、肺癌。

An Analysis on the Causes of Death of Women of Childbearing Age in Our Hospital from 2000 to 2005

Objective To understand the cause of death of women of childbearing age in the local area and around. Methods We analyzed 220 cases of death material of inpatient women of childbearing age in our Hospital from 2000 to 2005. Results We know the main causes of death of 220 cases of inpatient women of childbearing age. They are: accident, malignant tumor, cardio-cerebral angiopathy, accounting for 27.7%, 27.3%, 17.3% of constitution of the causes of death respectively. Among them, 35~age group was the maximum of death age class, constituting 29.1% of constitution of causes of death. Conclusion The main causes of death of accident were traffic accident and suicide; the main causes of death diseases of malignant tumor and the malignant tumor of digestive tract are the first; and next mammary cancer, leukemia and lung cancer.
