印制电路板的投产与报废的研究和探索

印制电路板的生产过程中普遍存在投入和产出不平衡的问题：为了更好的解决这种不平衡问题,需要对生产电路板的报废率进行有效的估算。文章运用极差分析法和方差分析法找出了影响报废率的主次因素,得出了报废率随这些因素变化的规律,并在此基础上计算出了报废率,为实际生产的预投入提供了较为准确的依据。

The Research and Exploration of Pre-investment and Scrap about Printed Circuit Board

The problem of unbalanced inputs and outputs widely exists in the PCB production process. Meanwhile, inadequate inputs will increase the cost of production. In order to solve the imbalance, it is necessary to estimate effectively the scrap rate of PCB. In this paper, the major and minor factors affecting the scrap rate are given by the method of range analysis and variance analysis. At the same time, laws between the scrap rate and factors are found. Finally, that the scrap rate is calculated provides a accurate basis for the actual production.
