| 摘 要： | 一种实用的产品质量评估方法———灰色关联评估法,是通过计算待判样本与参考样本之间的关联系数和关联度,并对关联度矩阵进行分析处理,从而得到多质量指标产品的综合评定结果的方法。使用这种方法对9个不同厂家生产的1397mm(5英寸)J—55套管的主要化学成分和力学性能等14项指标进行综合评估,最终给出套管整体质量的相对排序。评估实例表明,灰色关联评估法是一种较为简便、实用和科学的质量评估方法,应用于油井套管的质量评估中是切实可行的。 |

| Abstract: | This article introduces a practicable method for product quality assessment named gray correlation assessment method. By calculating the correlation coefficients and correlation degrees between the distinguished samples and reference ones, and by analyzing and processing the correlation degrees matrix, a comprehensive evaluation result of the products with many quality indexes can be achieved. An instance for the overall quality assessment of nine 139 7mm J—55 casings is given, and 14 indexes, including main chemical components, mechanic properties, are evaluated. The assessment result indicated that the bray correlation assessment method is a convenient, practicable and reasonable method for the quality evaluation of oil well casings. |
