| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了天津理工大学在教育部特色专业——计算机科学与技术建设进程中,遵循学校的办学定位,围绕培养方案、核心课程、实践体系、师资队伍等专业建设重要环节所进行的改革与实践,阐述地方普通高校通过特色专业建设,提升教育教学质量,为本地区IT产业培养急需的应用型高级专门人才的思路与体会。
