摘    要:实现失电微电网的黑启动恢复,可以加快电力系统的恢复进程,有助于减少大停电事故造成的社会经济损失。为此,提出了一种考虑可调度机组、新能源以及储能等多类型异质资源的微电网两阶段黑启动恢复方法。首先,对多类型异质资源的恢复特性进行分析,确定其在黑启动恢复过程中的运行约束。其次,提出了一种改进的微电网节点重要度与线路权值评估方法,并以此构建了微电网黑启动恢复两阶段优化模型。第一阶段以最大化微电网的可用有功出力为目标优化微源的恢复方案,第二阶段以最大化负荷综合恢复量为目标优化负荷的恢复方案。最后,基于21节点系统进行了算例分析,结果表明所提模型能够提升微电网的黑启动恢复效率,有效降低停电事故造成的损失。

Abstract:Enabling black-start restoration of power-losing microgrids can speed up the restoration process of the power system and help mitigate the socio-economic losses caused by major power outages. Thus this paper proposes a two-stage black-start restoration method for microgrids considering the participation of multi-type heterogeneous resources. First, the restoration characteristics of multi-type heterogeneous resources are analyzed to determine their operational constraints in the black-start restoration process. Second, an evaluation index to improve the importance of existing nodes and line weights is proposed, and a two-stage optimization model for microgrid black-start restoration is constructed. In the first stage, it optimizes the restoration scheme of micro-sources to maximize the available generation capacity of the microgrid, and in the second stage, the restoration scheme of the load is optimized to maximize comprehensive load restoration. Finally, the results of case studies based on the 21-node system show that the proposed model can improve the black-start restoration efficiency of the microgrid and mitigate the losses caused by microgrid outages.
