通用型光栅信号处理系统的研制

摘    要:为了实现基于光栅传感器的位移测量,设计了一种通用光栅信号处理系统。无论光栅尺的输出是方波信号还是正弦波信号,处理系统均可识别并处理。运用FPGA芯片对光栅信号进行四倍频细分、辨向以及可逆计数。计数得到光栅扫描测头的位移数据经由DSP预处理,然后通过ISA或串口传到上位机,并由液晶显示位移结果。实现了对光栅信号的测量处理过程,同时通用性得到了提高。

Abstract:A general grating signal processing system is presented to measure the displacement of grating sensor. Through using differential amplifier and comparator, the analog signals are transmitted to digital signals, which share the subsequent general array logic with the direct output digital signal of grating sensors. The FPGA is adopted in the stage of subdivision and discerning direction and outputs the signals and counts the pulses. The DSP can convert the measurement data and output final results for liquid crystal to display. The design accomplishes the measurement function for analog/digital signal and enhances the generality.
