黔东南苗族、侗族传统体育习惯法研究

习惯法是独立于国家制定法之外,由某种社会权威和社会组织制定的,具有一定强制性的行为规范的总和。黔东南苗族、侗族传统体育规则具有强制性和约束力,可以视同为习惯法。苗族、侗族传统体育习惯法带有祖先崇拜、生殖崇拜、农耕崇拜等意识;体育活动场地、器材受到习惯法的保护;体育活动中恪守禁忌,活动时间因应时节,参加者受资格限制,活动过程遵从秩序,民间自治组织和村寨头人具有组织权责,获胜者享有特殊权利,体育传承遵循成规。
